Beef proteins are derived from beef (most commonly beef collagen) and contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. They contain a comprehensive amino acid profile, including all essential amino acids. They are lactose-free, with a low content of fat and sugar. They take slightly longer to be absorbed than whey proteins. They are consumed mostly by individuals who avoid milk and dairy proteins due to lactose intolerance and those who have allergic reactions to soy proteins or other sources.
We use beef proteins like any other source of protein, to supplement daily intake and achieve better results in muscle building or preservation. They can serve as a protein base if you don't have a protein source for a specific meal or simply for post-workout recovery/muscle building. The recommended amount per serving is similar to whey, around 30-40g.
