Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a sport based on three different strength exercises - squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each of these exercises requires a specific technique that allows a powerlifter to lift the heaviest possible weight while keeping them healthy and injury-free. In powerlifting, the main and only goal is to lift the heaviest possible (often impossible) weight. Appearance, in terms of muscle mass or leanness, is not important; it's all about the amount of iron on the bar.
