Mumyo

Mumyo, also known as Tian Shan, falls into the category of elixirs, and it has been recognized in traditional medicine since the time of ancient Greece. It is a resin-like substance formed over thousands of years through deposits in rocks, crevices, and caves at elevations of around 1500 meters in the Central Asian region (from Russia to Tibet). In terms of chemical composition, it is a highly complex mixture (containing about 60 elements) composed of both inorganic and organic substances of plant and animal origin. Many people are still uncertain about what Mumyo is, but most experts agree that it consists of fossilized remnants of honey, beeswax, propolis, beehives, and various deposits of plant substances (around 7,000 species) found in that region. Mumyo acts as an immunostimulant and helps protect the body from various infections. Additionally, it is a potent antioxidant that aids in wound healing and regeneration, and it can also be helpful for various allergies.
