How to register on the webshop, at polleoadria.com?

Registration starts by clicking on the REGISTER button. Fill in the details and confirm submission. Once approved, you will receive an email with login details, and you can access the webshop.

  

How to sign up as an online customer?

You can sign up after registering (detailed instructions on how to register were provided in the previous question). After registering, simply log in with the email address and password you set up in your user profile after registration.

  

What is needed to log in to the webshop?

To log in, you need to enter the email address and password you set up in your user account during registration on the PolleoAdria webshop. 

  

Can I shop on the webshop if I'm not registered as a customer?

No, only registered users can shop.

  

How can I place an order?

Find the products you want to purchase.

Select the quantity, appropriate size or flavor, and click "Add to Cart".

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the cart icon in the header of the page.

Choose "View Cart" or "Checkout" depending on the status of your order.

  

What is the delivery cost?

The price is 3,19 EUR + VAT for Croatia and Slovenia, and 5,19 EUR + VAT for other EU and non-EU countries.

  

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (depending on the payment method). After handing over the shipment to the courier service, the delivery speed depends on them (generally 1-2 days).

  

What are the working hours of the webshop?

The webshop is open 24/7, and orders are processed as quickly as possible.

  

How to change or cancel an order?

Can the ordered goods from the webshop be picked up in-store?

The goods ordered in the webshop cannot be picked up in-store. Delivery is exclusively through delivery service or pickup at the warehouse (Samoborska 134, 10000 Zagreb).
  

I added a product to my cart, but the Web shop says the product is currently unavailable.

In that case, unfortunately, the product is not available. For information on the availability of the desired product, please contact the email address: wholesale@polleosport.com to check with the responsible department.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no defined minimum order amount.

  

I submitted my order, but I haven't received a confirmation yet.

Where do I enter the discount code?

You enter the promo code in the cart, where it says "Use coupon code for discount".

  

I forgot my password, what can I do, can I somehow retrieve it?

Simply choose the "Forgot password" option, and the system will guide you through the entire process.

  

Can I add a new delivery address alongside the existing one?

Of course, you can. In your user account, select the "Address" option and click on the "New address" option. Now you can choose which address you want the delivery to, the old one or the new one you entered by clicking on the checkbox below the address. If you have already confirmed the order, you need to inform us of this change via email or phone.

  

I chose payment by general payment slip, how long do I have to make the payment?

You have 3 working days to make the payment, and after that, the order is automatically canceled.

Polleo Adria uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both the customer and the merchant, as confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay holds. WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transfer.

The WSpay™ system uses the highest standards of data protection and privacy.

All merchants using WSpay™ are included in 3D secure protection, guaranteeing shop customers that their purchase is secure.

Customers' credit card numbers are not stored in the system, and the input itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a standard that defines security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting (communication) card data.

  

Can I reclaim VAT and how?

A passenger or a customer who, within passenger traffic, exports goods purchased domestically with subsequent VAT exemption has the right to request a VAT refund for the exported goods if the conditions found at the following link are met: VAT refund for the export of goods in passenger traffic.

If the aforementioned conditions are met, the customer may request the prescribed VAT-P form to be filled out, with which they can then take all necessary steps to reclaim VAT. For web shop purchases, VAT refund and form can be requested via email address wholesale@polleosport.com

  

Are there any discrepancies in the appearance of the product in real life compared to the photograph on the Web shop?

The photographs on the website are symbolic, therefore discrepancies are possible.

Complaints

Upon receiving the goods, the customer is obliged to check whether they have received the entire order, and to immediately report any visible damages to the employee who delivered the goods, and to refuse to accept them if there are visible external damages to the transport boxes.

Any damages to the goods, discrepancies in quantity, or delivery of unordered goods should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

All other justified complaints should be submitted within 14 days at the latest.
