HOW TO MEASURE:

WAIST: Place the tape measure around the natural waistline directly above the hips. Make sure the tape is not too tight; allow it to be slightly loose.

HIPS: Stand with closed legs and measure around the widest part of the hips to ensure you have enough freedom of movement.
