The Polar Pacer is a practical and easy-to-use GPS running watch that brings all the essential features and some additional exercise tools to the modern runner who is focused on one thing: running. The minimalist design with a flat back is excellent for a perfect running experience. The watch is easy to use, with ergonomic buttons that don't slip. It has all the basic features and more.

The built-in GPS uses global navigation satellite systems GLONASS and Galileo, and the regional QZSS satellite system for East Asia and Oceania to provide accurate speed, distance, and route data anywhere on the planet. Supported GPS enables faster positioning and sends satellite location predictions, so you receive their signal in seconds, regardless of your location, even in the toughest conditions.

The display is made of durable Gorilla Glass 3.0. The low-energy, bright display ensures optimal visibility. The powerful battery lasts 7 days on a single charge, whether you train every day or not. With one charge, you get up to 100 hours of training in power-saving mode and up to 35 hours of training with full GPS functionality and heart rate measurement enabled.

The combined Polar Precision Prime sensor technology™ tracks your wrist heart rate. This innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies to eliminate all motion artifacts that could interfere with heart rate signal and display unreliable readings.

A simple running pace calculation app shows the estimated time required for a selected distance at the chosen running pace. FuelWise™ is a smart assistant to help you get energy during long workouts or competitions. It provides smart reminders for carbohydrate and fluid intake, making it easier to maintain the right level of energy during longer workouts. The Training Load Pro function provides information on the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system load (cardio load and muscle load) after each workout, and with the perceived load function, you can assess the level of load you have felt – this way, you get immediate insight into the direct load on your body and track the load during training in the long run.

The Sleep Plus Stages™ feature automatically tracks the amount and quality of your sleep (sleep result) and tells you how long each phase lasted at night. Nightly Recharge™ is an automatic night regeneration measurement, which shows the extent to which your body regenerated after a hard day. It helps you make optimal decisions in everyday life to maintain general well-being and achieve your training and fitness goals.
