HOW TO MEASURE:

CHEST: Place the tape measure at the widest part of the chest under the arms and wrap it around the body until the fingers touch; mark the size.

WAIST: Place the tape measure around the natural waistline directly above the hips. Make sure the tape is not too tight; allow it to be slightly loose.
