Olimp Profi Mass is a combination of whey protein and complex carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio.

This is a complex composition of carefully selected mono-, oligo-, and polysaccharides with different glycemic indices of whey protein (WPC), whey protein isolate (WPI), and whey protein hydrolysate (WPH), as well as MCT oil with the addition of glutamine and taurine, choline and inositol from lecithin, and vitamins and minerals. The ratio of complex carbohydrates to proteins is 1:1.

The product contains all the necessary nutrients important for faster strength development, muscle mass, and overall physical fitness improvement. For more effective progress and protein synthesis, the body requires a large reserve of energy, mainly derived from carbohydrates.

Usage:

Mix 50 g (1 ½ scoops) with 100 ml of water and consume 1-4 times a day.
