Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 is a protein-carbohydrate powder supplement with the addition of creatine monohydrate and taurine. The product contains 75 g of complex carbohydrates and 15 g of protein per 100 g of the product. It is designed for weight gain, muscle mass gain, and post-workout recovery.

Due to its high content of complex carbohydrates, the product is primarily intended for individuals who want to increase their body weight and gain muscle mass. To increase body weight and gain muscle mass, it is necessary to increase carbohydrate intake in the body. The product also contributes to faster and more efficient regeneration of muscle tissue after exercise, so it is especially recommended to take it after workouts.

Usage:

Mix 100 g (2 scoops) with 170 ml of water and consume 1-2 times daily between meals or 1 hour before or after training.
