Vitamin B6 in the product supports energy metabolism and accelerates the recovery process.
Usage:
Take 3-4 tablets daily before training with plenty of water.
Note: This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Beta-alanine can cause harmless tingling that can last up to 2 hours. Make sure you are well hydrated.

Ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), beta-alanine, sodium citrate, L-histidine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), thickener (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
