Premium eco-friendly running shoes are designed for runners seeking maximum softness, comfort, and responsiveness.

The main advantage of Mizuno running shoes lies in the balance between cushioning, stability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth transition from heel to toe and vice versa. The Wave Neo Ultra is a completely new running shoe made from 100% recycled and organic materials.

The upper part of the shoe features a sock-like construction for better foot grip and control of heel-to-toe or toe-to-heel movement. The Wave Neo Ultra model is an upgrade from the Wave Sky Neo 2 model and is even 20% lighter than its predecessor. The midsole consists of a combination of Enerzy, Enerzy Core, and Enerzy Lite foams, providing the runner with even greater comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness. The Mizuno Foam Wave construction of the midsole ensures better torsional stability of the shoe. The outsole is made of G3 carbon rubber, providing excellent traction on various surfaces.

  • Technologies: Mizuno Wave, Mizuno Enerzy, Mizuno Enerzy Core, Mizuno Enerzy Lite, AIRmesh, DynamotionFit, SmoothRide, G3.
  • MIZUNO WAVE TECHNOLOGY - "W": A unique technology that combines two essential elements to create excellent running shoes – comfort and stability. Running exerts excessive forces and tensions on the body, making it essential to strike the right balance between comfort and stability to minimize injury risk. The Wave plate allows excellent shock absorption by distributing impact forces over a larger area. Wave technology achieves stability in the outer (lateral) and inner (medial) shoe surfaces, designed to stabilize the foot. Fundamental comfort and stability elements in the Wave plate are designed to be suitable for all types of athletic footwear, reflected in the lightest and most advanced performance shoes.
  • Mizuno Enerzy: A new material in the lower part of the sole, softer and providing more comfort and greater energy return than any previous materials, resulting in faster running.
  • Mizuno Enerzy Core: A soft, comfortable, and elastic material in the upper part of the midsole that provides more energy return.
  • Mizuno Enerzy Lite: A new, even lighter material than classic Mizuno Enerzy, used in competitive models. Despite its lower weight, it offers even more energy return for fast running.
  • AirMesh: A new, lighter, more elastic, and durable material (woven mesh) in the upper part of the shoe. It provides excellent ventilation for the running shoe.
  • DYNAMOTION FIT: A system that allows the upper part of the shoe to follow the movement of the foot, preventing instability in the shoe.
  • SMOOTH RIDE: A technology that provides optimal comfort and enjoyment while running. The new middle part of the shoe, developed by Mizuno based on the latest computer simulations of running, allows better shock absorption and increases the flexibility of the running shoe. The extended Wave plate provides a smoother weight transfer from heel to toe.
  • G3 SOLE: Material in the middle part of the sole that increases responsiveness and reduces weight.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHOE SIZE?

Feet size

Follow these simple steps to find your size.

  1. Stand upright on a hard surface with your heel against a wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, aligned with the wall under your foot.
  2. Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper with a pencil, or mark it yourself if needed. Repeat with the other foot, as your right and left sizes may differ.
  3. Measure the length of your foot from heel to the longest toe (called heel-to-toe length). Use the longest length to find your size on the chart above.

Not sure which size to order?

Use the chart above to determine your size. If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a roomier fit.

How to measure your feet?

Wear socks you’ll wear with the shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet usually swell throughout the day). Distribute your weight evenly before measuring.
