An excellent running shoe designed for neutral runners seeking a lot of comfort and cushioning.

The main advantage of Mizuno running shoes is the balance between cushioning, stability, and responsiveness, as well as a smooth transition from heel to toe and vice versa. The Wave Sky Rise 3 is a new model for neutral recreational running, with an emphasis on comfort and cushioning. The upper consists of a seamless construction with AirMesh textile mesh that offers excellent foot grip.

The midsole consists of a combination of Enerzy and Enerzy Core foam, providing even more comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness to the runner. Mizuno's Foam Wave midsole construction ensures better torsional stability for the running shoe. The outsole is made of X10 carbon rubber, providing excellent grip on various surfaces.

  • Technologies:
  • MIZUNO WAVE: A unique technology that combines two essential elements to create excellent running shoes – comfort and stability. During running, excessive forces and tensions occur throughout the body, so to minimize the risk of injury, it's necessary to provide the right combination of comfort and stability. The Wave plate allows for excellent shock absorption by spreading the impact force over a larger surface. Stabilization with Wave technology is achieved on both the outer (lateral) and inner (medial) sides of the shoe, designed to stabilize the foot. The fundamental elements of comfort and stability in the Wave plate are designed to be suitable for all types of sports footwear, which is reflected in the lightest and most advanced shoes with the highest performance.
  • Mizuno Enerzy: A new material in the lower part of the sole, softer, providing more comfort and greater energy return than any previous materials. This energy return leads to faster running.
  • Mizuno Enerzy Core: A soft, comfortable, and elastic material in the upper part of the midsole that provides even more energy return.
  • AirMesh: A new, lighter, more elastic, and stronger material (woven mesh) on the upper part of the shoe. Provides excellent breathability for the running shoe.
  • DYNAMOTION FIT: A system that allows the upper part of the shoe to follow the movement of the foot and thus prevents instability of the foot in the shoe.
  • SMOOTH RIDE: Technology that allows optimal comfort and enjoyment during running. The new middle part of the shoe, developed by Mizuno based on the latest computer simulations of running, allows for better shock absorption and increased flexibility of the running shoe. The extended Wave plate creates a smoother weight transfer from heel to toe.
  • X10: Special rubber that is 80% more durable than the existing rubber. It is applied to the part of the outsole that experiences the most wear and effectively protects the sole, extending the lifespan of the shoe.
  • Color: Black/Rose Copper/Cloud
  • Code: J1GD220944
  • Weight: 255g (women)

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHOE SIZE?

Feet size

Follow these simple steps to find your size.

  1. Stand upright on a hard surface with your heel against a wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, aligned with the wall under your foot.
  2. Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper with a pencil, or mark it yourself if needed. Repeat with the other foot, as your right and left sizes may differ.
  3. Measure the length of your foot from heel to the longest toe (called heel-to-toe length). Use the longest length to find your size on the chart above.

Not sure which size to order?

Use the chart above to determine your size. If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a roomier fit.

How to measure your feet?

Wear socks you’ll wear with the shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet usually swell throughout the day). Distribute your weight evenly before measuring.
