L-Glutamine Mega Caps is a dietary supplement that complements nutrition with the amino acid L-glutamine.

Glutamine is one of the most commonly used supplements by athletes. It is a very important amino acid for our bodies as it represents from 50% to 60% of the free amino acids in our muscles.

Usage:

Take 1 capsule three times a day with a large amount of water - before breakfast, after training, and before bedtime.
