Each serving of TRUE-MASS® 1200 has a carbohydrate-to-protein ratio of 4:1, with 50g of protein formula and 213-215g of a unique complex carbohydrate blend that includes whole oat flour. Additionally, the formula contains 11 grams of natural BCAAs and 24 grams of natural EAAs per serving, along with additional dietary fiber and medium-chain triglycerides to round out the nutritional value of each shake.

Usage:

Mix 2 scoops (315g) with 400-470 ml of cold water or your favorite beverage. The amount of liquid affects the consistency of the finished drink. Take one serving daily as needed.
