Muscle recovery with Coach Soak:

  • Muscle recovery bath: Pour 1-2 cups into warm bathwater or an ice bath. The bath will dissolve in the water. Relax for 20 minutes, allowing the rich minerals to be absorbed through the skin and ease sore muscles.
  • Foot bath: Pour 1 cup into a large container of warm water for a relaxing foot bath. Soak your feet for 20 minutes.
  • Warm compress: Dissolve 1 cup in a large container of warm water. Soak a cloth in the container, then wring out excess water. Apply the compress to sore muscles until the cloth is no longer warm. Repeat 2 or 3 times to help reduce pain and swelling.
  • Skin exfoliation: Mix a handful with your favorite body oil or gel. Gently massage the mixture onto your skin to remove dry skin and reveal a softer, healthier complexion, preventing dryness and irritation.
