Premium sneakers are designed for runners who want a fast, responsive, and comfortable running shoe. The main advantage of Mizuno running shoes is the balance between cushioning, stability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth transition from heel to toe and vice versa.

The GTX version of the legendary Wave Rider sneakers features a waterproof Gore-Tex Invisible-fit membrane. The midsole consists of Enerzy and U4icX foam, providing even greater comfort, cushioning, and stability for runners.

Mizuno Wave - the wavy plate in the midsole ensures better torsional stability and shoe responsiveness. The outsole is made of X10 carbon rubber, offering excellent traction on various surfaces. The fabric, laces, insole, and wave plate are made from 90% recycled materials.

Technologies:

  • Mizuno Wave - A unique technology that combines two essential elements to create excellent running shoes – comfort and stability.
  • Mizuno Enerzy - This is a new material in the lower part of the sole, softer, providing greater comfort and a higher energy return than all previous materials, resulting in faster running.
  • U4iC - New midsole technology, which is 30% lighter than the previous AP+ foam but with the same functionality (comfort, stability). It guarantees an excellent running experience based on the exceptional comfort and softness of lightweight running shoes.
  • Gore-Tex - Waterproof and breathable membrane in the upper part of the shoe.
  • AirMesh – A new, lighter, more elastic, and durable material (woven mesh) in the upper part of the shoes. It provides excellent breathability for running shoes.
  • DynamotionFit - A system that allows the upper part of the shoes to follow the movements of the foot, thus preventing instability inside the shoes.
  • SmoothRide - Technology that allows optimal comfort and enjoyment when running. The new midsole, developed by Mizuno based on the latest computer running simulations, provides better cushioning and increases the flexibility of the running shoe. The extended Wave plate creates a smoother weight transfer from heel to toe.
  • X10 - Special rubber that is 80% more durable than the existing one. It is placed on the part of the outsole that wears out the most, effectively protecting the outsole and extending the life of the shoes.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHOE SIZE?

Feet size

Follow these simple steps to find your size.

  1. Stand upright on a hard surface with your heel against a wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, aligned with the wall under your foot.
  2. Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper with a pencil, or mark it yourself if needed. Repeat with the other foot, as your right and left sizes may differ.
  3. Measure the length of your foot from heel to the longest toe (called heel-to-toe length). Use the longest length to find your size on the chart above.

Not sure which size to order?

Use the chart above to determine your size. If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a roomier fit.

How to measure your feet?

Wear socks you’ll wear with the shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet usually swell throughout the day). Distribute your weight evenly before measuring.
