Premium running shoes designed for runners who seek maximum softness, comfort, and responsiveness. The primary advantage of Mizuno running shoes lies in the balance between cushioning, stability, responsiveness, and a smooth transition from heel to toe and vice versa.

The Wave Sky 7 stands out as a top-tier neutral running model with a focus on comfort and cushioning. The new upper part of the shoe is made of Smooth Stretch fabric, providing enhanced breathability and comfort while ensuring better foot stabilization. The midsole features an entirely new Mizuno Foam Wave construction, consisting of a combination of Enerzy, Enerzy Core, and U4icX foam. This combination offers runners an optimal balance of stability, comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness.

The outsole is crafted from the new X10 carbon rubber, ensuring excellent traction on various surfaces. The Wave Sky 7 is suitable for heavier runners due to the stability provided by the new foam Wave plate. The fabric, lining, and insole are made from 90% recycled materials.

Technologies: Mizuno Wave, Mizuno Enerzy, Mizuno Enerzy Core, U4icX, Smooth Stretch Woven, SmoothRide, X10.

  • MIZUNO WAVE TECHNOLOGY - "W": A unique technology that combines two essential elements to create excellent running shoes - comfort and stability. During running, excessive forces and tensions occur throughout the body. To minimize the risk of injuries, it is necessary to provide the right combination of comfort and stability. The Wave plate allows excellent shock absorption by spreading the impact force over a larger surface. Stability in Wave technology is achieved on the outer (lateral) and inner (medial) surfaces of the shoe, designed to stabilize the foot. Basic elements of comfort and stability in the Wave plate are designed to be suitable for all types of sports footwear, reflecting in the lightest and most advanced shoes with the highest performance.
  • Mizuno Enerzy: A new material in the lower part of the sole, softer, providing more comfort and greater energy return than any previous materials, resulting in faster running.
  • Mizuno Enerzy Core: Soft, comfortable, and elastic material in the upper part of the midsole that provides more energy return.
  • U4iCX: New midsole technology, the successor to U4iC, which is 22% lighter than its predecessor. It guarantees greater comfort, a better "catapult effect" in each step, and a longer lifespan.
  • Smooth Stretch Woven: New fabric in the upper part of the shoe, more breathable, offering a very soft and comfortable fit around the foot. The new material stretches crosswise and prevents excessive longitudinal stretching, providing additional foot stabilization.
  • SmoothRide: A technology that enables optimal comfort and enjoyment while running. The new midsole, developed by Mizuno based on the latest computer simulations of running, allows better shock absorption and increased flexibility of the running shoe. The extended Wave plate facilitates a smoother weight transfer from heel to toe.
  • X10: Special rubber, 80% more durable than existing rubber, placed in the most worn-out part of the sole, effectively protects the sole and prolongs the lifespan of the shoe.

Weight: 300g (m) / 260g (f).

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHOE SIZE?

Feet size

Follow these simple steps to find your size.

  1. Stand upright on a hard surface with your heel against a wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, aligned with the wall under your foot.
  2. Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper with a pencil, or mark it yourself if needed. Repeat with the other foot, as your right and left sizes may differ.
  3. Measure the length of your foot from heel to the longest toe (called heel-to-toe length). Use the longest length to find your size on the chart above.

Not sure which size to order?

Use the chart above to determine your size. If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a roomier fit.

How to measure your feet?

Wear socks you’ll wear with the shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet usually swell throughout the day). Distribute your weight evenly before measuring.
