Weightlifting and endurance exercises can deplete your body's energy stores and lead to fluid and electrolyte loss. Increased body temperature and sweating accelerate this process, resulting in a decline in performance. Therefore, by replenishing vital substrates (fluids and electrolytes), we can prevent this decline.

Isotec Endurance provides a source of three different carbohydrates, each with different characteristics.

The prepared drink contributes to endurance during extended and strenuous exercises and improves water absorption during physical efforts.

Vitamin C supports the immune system during and after increased efforts. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg (one dose of Isotec Endurance) as a supplement to the recommended daily dose of vitamin C! Vitamin E contributes to cell protection against oxidative stress.*

Usage Instructions:

Put 1 scoop (33 grams) of Isotec Endurance in 500 ml of water. Use it during training for carbohydrate, fluid, and electrolyte replenishment. Isotec Endurance can also be used 30-60 minutes before activity to supply the body with carbohydrates and fluids for pre-training fueling or after training to replenish glycogen reserves. Use this product in combination with food as part of a healthy and balanced diet, not as a substitute for food.
