The midsole is made from a combination of Enerzy, Enerzy Core, and U4icX foams, offering even greater comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness. The Mizuno Foam Wave construction in the midsole ensures better torsional stability of the shoe.

The outsole is made of X10 carbon rubber, which provides excellent grip on various surfaces.

The Wave Horizon 7 is also suitable for heavier runners due to its stability provided by the new Foam Wave plate.

The fabric, lining, and insole are made from 90% recycled materials.
