The midsole consists of a new combination of Enerzy and Enerzy NXT foam, offering runners even more lightness, comfort, cushioning, and responsiveness.
The Mizuno Wave - wavy plate in the midsole ensures better torsional stability and responsiveness of the shoe. In the new version, the Wave plate supports the foot arch at key points even better and prevents excessive collapsing with every step.
The outsole consists of X10 carbon rubber, which provides excellent grip on various surfaces.
The fabric, lining, insole, and Wave plate are made from 90% recycled materials.
