Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are essential and make up approximately 35% of essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Our product contains a high proportion of the BCAA matrix (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine). It also provides a large dose of L-glutamine, 2 g per serving, which is not an essential amino acid but is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and is conditionally essential.
